Overview

This Privacy notice explains how Afterframe.ai collects, uses, and stores information when you use our website, create an account, run generations, or join our email list.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Information we collect

Depending on how you use Afterframe.ai, we may process:

• Account details: email address, display name, profile image, and authentication identifiers from email/password or Google sign-in
• Workspace data: chats, prompts, studio projects, generation settings, library history, and uploaded reference assets
• Billing data: subscription status, credit balance, transaction history, and Stripe customer identifiers. Payment card numbers are handled by Stripe, not stored by us
• Usage and device data: IP address at signup, approximate analytics (pages visited, device type, session identifiers), and generation metadata such as model, media type, and timestamps
• Support and communications: messages you send us by email
• Marketing email list: email address, signup source, consent timestamp, and consent version when you join the waitlist or newsletter

How we use information

We use collected information to:

• Provide and secure the service, including sign-in, generations, billing, and library storage
• Process payments, grant credits, prevent fraud, and enforce account limits
• Operate the Creator Program, including referral attribution and reward grants
• Improve reliability, debug errors, and understand product usage through analytics
• Send service-related messages such as receipts, security alerts, or account notices
• Send marketing emails only if you opted in to the email list
• Comply with law and respond to valid legal requests

AI providers and your prompts

When you generate content, your prompts and reference media are transmitted to third-party AI providers to produce outputs.

Those providers process data under their own terms and policies. Do not submit sensitive personal data unless you accept that risk.

We may retain prompts, outputs, and related metadata in our database and storage systems for the retention periods described below.

Cookies and local storage

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication sessions, referral attribution, analytics, and remembering preferences such as saved email on login.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, but some features may not work without them.

How long we keep data

Account data is kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for billing, security, and legal purposes.

Generated media and uploads expire according to your plan retention window:

• Free: 7 days · Starter: 10 days · Creator: 14 days · Studio: 30 days · Ultimate: 90 days
• Email list subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your email
• Billing records may be kept longer where required for tax, accounting, or dispute resolution

Who we share data with

We share data only with service providers that help us run Afterframe.ai, such as:

• Stripe for payments and subscription management
• Supabase for authentication and file storage
• AI model hosts (for example FAL) for image and video generation
• Hosting and analytics providers that help us operate the website

Your choices and rights

You can update profile details in Settings, manage subscriptions in the billing portal, and download or delete content from your library before retention expiry.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data by emailing us. We may need to verify your identity and may retain certain records where required by law.

Marketing email subscribers can unsubscribe using the link in any marketing email or by contacting us.

Security

We use industry-standard measures such as encrypted transport (HTTPS), access controls, and provider security features.

No online service is completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials.

International users

Afterframe.ai may process and store information in countries other than where you live, including where our service providers operate.

By using the service, you understand that your information may be transferred internationally with appropriate safeguards where required.

Children

Afterframe.ai is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal data and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

Marketing email list

If you join our email list separately from creating an account, we store your email, signup source, consent timestamp, and consent version (2026-03).

That list is used only for product news and launch updates unless you also create a full Afterframe.ai account.

Changes to this notice

We may update this Privacy notice from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date and use reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes.
