Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Afterframe.ai. By creating an account, purchasing credits or a subscription, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy notice.

If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country to consent to online services, whichever is higher.

You may maintain only one personal account unless we expressly authorise otherwise (for example, a separate team or agency arrangement).

Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.

You must provide accurate account information and not impersonate others.

You agree not to:

• Create duplicate or throwaway accounts to evade limits, abuse free credits, or manipulate referrals
• Share accounts in a way that circumvents plan limits or billing
• Upload, prompt, or generate unlawful, harmful, harassing, exploitative, or infringing content
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt the platform or its providers
• Resell or commercially redistribute the service without our written permission

Credits, subscriptions, and billing

Credits are consumed when you run generations. The credit cost is shown before you confirm each generation.

Free accounts receive 5 starter credits once on signup unless we change that promotion.

Paid subscriptions refresh a monthly credit allowance while active. Credit packs add credits once to your wallet.

Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period through Stripe until you cancel in the billing portal or we terminate access.

Plan features, model access, and prices may change. We will use reasonable efforts to give notice of material pricing changes before they apply to your next renewal.

Taxes may apply depending on your location and will be shown at checkout where required.

Refunds and cancellations

Payments for subscriptions and credit packs are generally non-refundable once access or credits have been delivered, except where required by applicable law.

If you cancel a subscription, you keep plan access and unused subscription credits until the end of the current paid billing period. We do not provide partial cash refunds for unused subscription time.

No refunds will be issued for credits from a paid plan or purchase that have been used, in whole or in part. Once paid credits are spent on generations or otherwise deducted from your wallet, that portion of your purchase is considered delivered and is not eligible for a cash refund.

Unused paid credits may remain in your wallet after cancellation until they are spent or your account is closed, subject to these Terms.

If a generation fails due to a platform error and credits were reserved, we will restore credits to your wallet in line with our normal rules for failed jobs.

Chargebacks or payment disputes made in bad faith may result in account suspension.

Creator Program and referrals

The Creator Program is optional and requires approval. We may approve or deny applications at our discretion.

Approved creators receive a unique referral code. Referrals are tracked when a new user signs up with that code.

Referral rewards are granted in credits according to the program rules displayed in the product, including when a referred user becomes active and when they make a qualifying first payment.

Referral rewards have no cash value, are not transferable, and may be withheld or reversed if we detect fraud, self-referral, duplicate accounts, or abuse.

• Current referral rewards: 5 credits when a referred user uses their first credit; +3 bonus credits on their first qualifying payment
• We may change Creator Program rules or suspend the program with reasonable notice where practicable

AI content, moderation, and intellectual property

Outputs are generated by third-party AI models. Results may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, or unsuitable for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing or relying on them.

We and our providers may block, filter, or refuse prompts or outputs that violate content policies, including illegal content, sexual content involving minors, hate, harassment, or other restricted categories.

You retain rights to prompts and outputs you create, subject to third-party model provider terms and applicable law. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, transmit, and display your content solely to operate and improve the service.

You must not use the service to infringe copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, or other intellectual property rights of others.

Media storage and retention

Generated media and uploads are stored for a limited time based on your plan. Retention periods may change, but current defaults are:

• Free: 7 days
• Starter: 10 days
• Creator: 14 days
• Studio: 30 days
• Ultimate: 90 days
• Download anything you need to keep before expiry. We are not obligated to recover media after deletion

Third-party services

Payments are processed by Stripe. AI generation is provided through third-party model hosts such as FAL. Authentication and storage may use Supabase and other infrastructure providers.

Your use of those services through Afterframe.ai is also subject to their terms and privacy policies where applicable.

Service availability and termination

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free generations, or availability of any specific model.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create risk for other users, or fail to pay amounts owed.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may discontinue features or the service with reasonable notice where practicable.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Afterframe.ai and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or (b) USD $50.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will use reasonable efforts to notify you through the product or by email before they take effect.

Continued use after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
